About Michele Coffman

With 23 years of legal experience, Michele Coffman has a proven track record of upholding the law, protecting lives and property, and ensuring that justice is served.

She was born in Soddy Daisy and graduated from Soddy Daisy High School and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, following in the footsteps of her family – her great grandmother graduated from the University of Chattanooga (now known as UTC).

She went on to attain her law degree from the Thomas Cooley Law School. Michele has operated her own legal practice in Chattanooga since 2001, building a successful family practice and mentoring many young attorneys along the way.

She began mediating as a Rule 31 Mediator in 2012 and has helped resolve nearly 800 cases. Her practice areas include transactional and general litigation including business, contracts, real estate, domestic, and personal injury.

God & Family Above All

What you should know about Michele is that she is a Conservative Republican, and she puts God and family before everything else.

She’s the proud mom of an 18-year-old, who’s a senior in high school.

With the exception of law school, Michele and her husband of 25 years, Steve, have lived in Hamilton County all their lives and are honored to have raised their family here.
